Hello,
I hope you're reviewing the view statistics from France. Even if there’s been a slight increase, it seems completely illogical, especially compared to previous voe statistics and those of other hosts. There’s definitely an error.
 
Latest updates
- the bug with subtitles has been fixed and subtitles have been extended by filtered ass format and others.
- defective subtitles have been sorted out or converted. (if not, please create a ticket)
- subtitles are now handled before encoding and not after.
- Some alternative names for subtitle languages have been integrated.
- encoding bug with videos under 20 seconds and preview videos has been fixed.
- we have made the fees for automatic withdrawals more transparent, as some users apply for a withdrawal several times a week. (The real fee deduction of costs is still missing)
- some external links to exchange different currencies.
- paypal has been deactivated for the time being, as the effort involved is currently too great (therefore the links)
- the geo database has been updated again.
- a bug has been fixed that caused the affiliate assignments to be calculated incorrectly for 2-3 days.
- A bug has caused some videos not to play in FR areas with some providers for 1-2 days.
- a performance problem of the website of the last weeks has been fixed, which also led to broken files / longer loading times. We will sort them out again soon (broken files).

We had already answered this at the ticket. Due to our current adblock domain redirection, the referrer is unfortunately not transferred between the domains. That's why this is currently only possible with ad-free premium traffic where you stay with one domain only. In general, however, the function is rarely requested.
 
lol. I realised you apply the DMCA report instantly. I sensed a potential in you to sell all our information to the court at any moment. yes, you are a stable working host, but I don't think I will use voe anymore because you are unreliable.

What nonsense, as always with your comments here. No, DMCA reports are processed within 24 hours and not directly, as long as they do not come from the data center and we have to remove them without any delay. But it doesn't matter, just use a different host.

yes, just like you said, all the comments here where I told people to use voe were bullshit. I'm correcting it now and saying don't use voe. Thanks for helping me correct it

Multi Audio is currently not planned.
If no payment method is possible for you and you do not have crypto, there is nothing we can do about it. The area is not used much, so we can't offer 10 payment methods that are then used once a year.

USDT payments are currently on hold, they should start again at the beginning of next week.
The reason was a Cryptomus account transfer, which we are currently waiting for (processing by Cryptomus).

Otherwise, a bug with the remote subtitles was fixed a few days ago.

This is unfortunately a temporary issue from ddos-guard, they seem to be having some routing issues with some EU access, which is why there are long loading times. We created a ticket for this 30 minutes ago.

You can only wait and see, we don't have any problems ourselves. This also applies to 5% of the storage servers that are currently displayed in maintenance mode, even though everything is working.

The USDT payouts are now executed as before. The payouts of the week that were not executed automatically have also been approved.

Everything costs money, that's the way it is. It's their business model to earn a few % from the transactions. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it at the moment, if we can't find a suitable provider. In the past, we have paid the fees or deducted some of them from the total amount.
