Are you actively using your account? Otherwise you can send me your email or something as a message and I can check.

The system automatically removes accounts that have less than 25 views of any kind per day, have used more than 150gb of disk space and are older than 2 weeks.

If the account is older than 14 days, has used more than 150GB of disk space and has less than 25 views per day (of any kind) then it will be emptied automatically. Unfortunately we have too many spam users, every TB of storage space costs money.

Ever since JW Player was made default for my account even though all views have increased, the paid views are way less. Also the adblock rate is increasing day by day but I'm sure the users that did not had adblock remain the same. So far todays stats show 82% adblock rate and that's 100% wrong.

Have you already created a ticket for the research? There were only minimal changes in the adblock rate for the top 20 accounts.
Otherwise we'll check it again, the technology for recognition should actually have remained the same.

JW Player full screen problem fixed
Some users reported problems with the full screen mode, that you are kicked out after a few seconds after play on some devices. This has now been fixed.
JW Player fallback file fixed
There was a problem with old devices or devices that do not support hls, this has been fixed.
 
There are still problems with adblock activated in chrome. You can't see the start button at all and the screen remains white and I have to close the page and reopen it again. In the past, there were no problems like this and sometimes the page still freezes and remains white, but I hope it will return in the future.

Which chrome adblock extension do you use? I can't tell right now whether this is due to ddos-guard or our website.

Have you activated any special filters? In our tests with the latest filter lists there are no problems and the videos load without any performance delays.

Don't worry, we haven't forgotten. There are currently updates every day, but unfortunately you only see changes after a while to see if the complaints go away. In the next 24 hours there should be another update online, which may affect 10-15% of the views that are currently not being completed correctly.
In general, the differences are relatively different depending on the account, there are users who have 20% more and others where the difference is only 5%, while others are at 15-25%.

The one on the screenshot is a Monetag vignette ad that we have just placed on Mainstream Traffic. The format is not so optimal, when we have fixed the last player bugs, we will adjust the ads again.

✅ All stuck 25-30 payouts have been completed.

Sorry, unfortunately not. :neutral_face: The system gradually sorts out the files every 3 days and removes them from the servers after 6 hours. So it is only ever possible if the files have really just been deleted. Otherwise we have hundreds of TB of storage space occupied for this every month. There should actually be at least 2-3 mails beforehand to inform about the plan expire date.

Latest updates
- Fix so that Adguard does not load the page endlessly / some notice is displayed (only occurs with voe.sx).
- The LTC/USD auto payout balance was topped up again.
- New load balancing system, which is activated more quickly with hot files.
- Fixed a problem that caused fullscreen problems in some browsers.
- 2 hard disks went defective at the same time on one server, we have sorted out the faulty files (~0.25%)

A player update is currently still pending, a few things need to be tested first.
