Referrals are users who sign up through your referral link.And you get 25% of what they earn. those stats are shown in the graph and in the last table

I am not sure, please email support@usershare.net, the persons username and also your username, they will look into that for you .(that's what I meant)

Yea they are lost.Stats are live so , a DC mess up like yesterday would throw of everything.As I said we're trying to not let it happen again, but they are lost.

huh? why should I email you guys? I'm talking about the question of DJ Ice that you still didn't answer correctly..

well you do now in above post thought, but why should I email support and include my username?? lol

We dont want to give a date as it is not totally in our control, we are talking with a rep from webmoney finally, and correspondence have been initiated.We know its urgent, but we just cant give a date.

its not instant, but it doesnt take 5 hrs.If you have prolems , email us your account an we check this for you.I am asking you to email becuase where I am I cannot check user accounts.

1 question...how many people are using UserShare account?

I have a feeling that right now I am talking with different person from few days ago, or even few hours ago.

Can't you guys create separate accounts, so we can know to who we are talking with? It's a bit confusing.

Two at the moment .We are coders and accept users requests and correct issues.We have a single ip and a router so the forum registers one ip so they banned other accounts.Its the only way it will work.Why is it confusing, were answering the questions dude.

Regarding upload issue, what server are you uploading to?

If you are using remote upload this process it dependent mostly on the server you are pulling the files from, we can only pull files at speeds they allow our servers to do so at,or if they allow it at all.

If you are uploading to usershare from the browser or otherwise directly,then the issue is with us and we'd be happy to fix it or have a look.

ahh, you're saying even the stats are lost, there will be no compensation??

my counts also drop huge today, even my fileserve acc counts more today, and the stats still not working properly, still go up and down the same time, and update extremely slow like never before.
