On 24/25th I though site was down most of the time so I lost all the download cuz of that But today,it's a different story.

The stats are being counted fine, the issue is the downloads are not going through.Our techs are optimizing some servers so that if one DC goes down, the entire site doesnt become unavailable, the stats issue should be stable soon.
Its not bad stats, downloads were not being completed, should be ok nowwell, earnings (at least for me) are really low today. I hope it is because of the routing problems or bad stats. It would be bad if it would stay this way
why are you saying WTF?? you cant simply ask a question and have us look into it, you think WTF, makes us want to help you more?
the session may have gotten lost during the restarts, have the user PM their username to support@usershare.net, they will look at the account

Look mate, no offense but I hope you can understand, its a bit a frustrating when you recommend someone to buy an usershare account and then find out that you didn't get credited for the sale. It's bound to raise questions on my mind that perhaps I have sold more accounts and didn't get credited for any one of them.

Are these stats correct? Or it is beta still?
Those are the referrals? Yea they are , they dont seem to be uploading or getting downloads
Was out of our control, were trying to implement ways to prevent it from happening , but it wasn't on our end .

Ok, my question is: are refferals only the ones who bought account trough referral link, or just sales trough my download link? Or both?
And, If I am on PPD, and someone bought account trough my referral link, do I get anything or not?
I see that sales and refferals are 2 categories, but all numbers are 0
