I feel that the upgrade should have been tested properly before making it live. In that way the bugs would have been minimal. The upgrade have created a lit of problems in terms of bugs.

Please do a hard refresh (ctrl+f5), if that doesn't work then clear your cookies, cache and flush your dns. It should work.

Quotes system is totally messed , as i am the quote addict i can find the issue always with that, btw it is difficult to say what the exact error is , try multi quoting and u can find out . And also single quote also have some bugs.
