Cheap shared DMCA free hosting is a bad idea your asking for a few people to sign up and then upload CP of hacking content then the host your getting servers from will ban you in 1 to 8 hrs. Shared hosting at most should only be for legal adult content no movies tv shows or video games.

Sounds like your site has a bad virus or two on it most search engines allow most sites other than hacking or CP.

Maybe your site has been delisted from 2 of the top 5 search engines and this is causing a big drop in hits to your site.
