But there is big thumbnail already, we have just 1 for all videos. Did you check ? Is confusing.

This just might be the most basic video host I have ever seen you get not one setting in your account nothing for the player video and no setting to disable video encoding for H264 AAC videos. This video host is not usable till you get more settings.
