uload in the case the business doesn't go well, have you thought about to decrease the ppd rates like rapidgator did twice they acclaimed they couldn't afford it anymore which i think it's a lie coz u can see rapidgator links everywhere, anyways have you thought about that?
yes we thought about that. our plan is to payout the money that was earned and then probably lower the payout rates...
probably we can increase the payout rates when we have more users that buy premium accounts.
but please understand we did not stop because of the high rates. we stopped because posonline froze our money!
because it makes no sense to keep on with PPD/PPS and next month we have to pay more than we've earned...

Probably they can take some "%" but not freeze all the money only because of more than 10% chargebacks without showing us a proof of those chargebacks they got

They all say " we do not accept file host " but they do, except paypal, no body is stupid to lose so much money. Paypal can afford but not payza, skrill, egopay, etc.
Paypal is huge, they can afford to buy a whole country. Lots of us got paid in payza so manny times.

Important Update:
Our payment processor told us we had more than 10% credit card chargebacks. (ok possible)
He also told us he will block our money for the next 180 days (this stood not in our contract!) what is totally illegal!
This will mean we have to stop the Affiliate Program and wait for next month till we got paid from our new payment processor.
With the rest of our money we will pay the servers to keep the service running.
We are no scam host or something but please understand we are only able to make payouts if we get our money that we've earned this month.
We also have proof that they froze our money. We try to get the money as soon as possible. Our lawyers are informed.
This is no joke and we are not running away. All payouts will be made as soon as we get our money from new or old payment processor.
This is a shock for us because we did not sign a contract with a 180 days money holding term or if we get more than 10% chargebacks the money will be hold...
We tell you the truth because we are always honest to our users and clients.
I hope we earn enough money this month to make the payouts next month.

If you have any questions we are here to answer.
have as a common thief, take the money and run away.
if you're going to be a criminal at least not be a coward and stop giving silly excuses.

Uload do you think just a minute, that with there limitations you force people to buy premium only to download a file? and maybe that file wasnt what they wanted and chargeback the money, in these days people dont trust anymore in filehosting with premium because they buy now, after 1 month the site dissapear, they must buy another one on other site next month ,etc... people will buy and dont use refund when a website is stable 6 months 1 year and see always links with the same website, and Yes than they will buy because become old and trusted... but you in 1 month wanted to force people to buy premium with words: we are moving our files.. move your files now.... go ahead move them because people refund and you got blocked. Is nice?
just trying o help here how would u protect your self from fraud users that can make more that 10% charge backs first build a strong script that detects suspension activities they are easy like too little files too much sales lot's of sales from the highest cost plan lost of sales from the same card second make pay terms long at first 14 15 days only trusted users get pays faster trusted after a month or two of real work POS and avantgate has been going on with filehosts for months now with no prob make your system stronger to avoid it happens again
BTW: 2CO don't Allow porn at all so be sure u mention that in your TOS or get a clear statement from them that they allow it which they don't nay file with porn on it done for them
