i wan't to downgrade my account from Personal Pro to Personal Starter so i submitted ticket today and got my response within few hrs itself and i am so happy to get a fast reply from you
but i when i downgrade i get the following message
The account cannot be downgraded because it was previously changed
and my previous ticket id HOI-982-90858
just help me to downgrade my account
right now i have not submitted any ticket regarding this do i need to submit a new ticket
