Dear Payza_Advisor,
I don't know why my account has been restricted
My prepaid card is canceled , what happen with my account ?
And i already send to payza a ticket with this number : Ticket ID: EMY-401-23432
Please check for me, today i go to a ATM request money but it declined !!! Please tell me more information

How much time it will take to transfer of funds completed from account to AP Debit Card ?

its almost 2nd day now and more then 40+ hours too :(

Hmmm, are you not able to get to the website at all or are you having trouble signing up.

We do in fact support Bosnia, do you have a proxy enabled?

According to compliance regulation, field 50K of MT103 must reflect the true owner of the remitted funds. Our banking partners made adjustments to their systems, in order to adapt to the required regulations.

After these adjustments, the remitter's names have been corrected. In this case, unfortunately, the rejected money is out of our control.

Can you explain me this mail, because i can not understand very good.

Because after that adjustments, is not possible Ordering customer and Beneficiary customer to be different like before, and i can not in the future to make withdrawal from Payza to my country ?
Also, in this case, the bank will not give me my money and they will send back to you.
After how much days they will be in my payza account ?

After this, I'm in very bad situation :(
The only way to make withdrawal from payza is with your official exchanger

but their commisions are high.

Why would Payza restrict their service to only Visa cards? not trolling, just a serious question because it restricts alot of potential customers.

Hi Syron254,

It's a legitimate question, we are working on it but have other projects to prioritize. In terms of percentage Mastercard only brings us a small percentage of credit card revenue.

We'll let you know when it becomes an available option.

Seems that PAYZA Staff is avoiding me/my query over WJ Platform also.That's NOT good. PAYZA should return the with-held Money before closing any account with 'High Risk' tags.
