Hello ,

I think i can't work anymore with payza , until now i can't understand the chargeback option, all someone can do is send you 200 $ , then claim it after 2 or 30 days, and HOP , you will be screwed on 200 $. I'm a freelancer and work with payza as a payment method. i had a lot of reversals this days and i couldn't even argue. They were removed automatically from my balance , i even had problems with my clients i paid that were reversed too. It's not fair and illogical to me, when someone pays you he must take full responsability.

Hi K,

I fully understand as I was a freelancer myself, let's see if I can clear this up, when somebody pays you or anytime any Payza member makes a transaction they can dispute the payment.

Our resolution dept send you an email though so it's not that..

If your transaction gets reversed it's because somewhere along the line that money must have been traced back to fraud.

However, there may be an additional delay of up to 7 business days to process your transaction. All first withdrawals require additional checks due to internal and external regulations.

I assure you that once this verification period is over, your future withdrawal transactions will be processed within the regular timeframe.
