hello payza team...i was made a withdrawal on 24 of this month and today is the 5 day bussiness...what happen??? why you no respect the time of 2-4 business days ???? today is my brothers birthday, for that reasson i was made a withdrawal...I need my money today ;(....

i hope you complete my transaccion of withdrawal today....my reference number is: ACA4A-44C0E-CD186
 
i am from india ..... my bank wire transaction completed but money is not received in bank its more than 5 days ??? do u tranfer are any problem with transfer please clarity payza
 
Hey K,

No that is not normal, i would suggest calling it in so they can report it and get it done! You could also submit a ticket with all relevant info, this will take 24-48hrs to get a response tho!

I couldn't say why, today is the 4th business day so its technically not late, but if its still not completed by tonight, i suggest you call our customer support so they can report it, or submit a ticket to My Money Support/Inquire about a 'Pending' Bank Wire.

I sent withdraw request through "Bank Wire" on 9/25/2012. Its been 4 days now and still the transaction status is "PENDING". May i know the reason why its still in pending status?

I replied with information asked from me within 1 hour and again 5 days are over and still I have no reply ?

what if i am going to receive more than $400 or more than 400 Euro for just a single transaction?
