Hi, i sent a payment to a guy some hours ago and now i can't because im not verified, what's the problem? one transaction per day ?

Hmmm, this would have to get checked up on. Could be different reasons but send us a ticket so that we can figure this one out for you.

Can i expect any kind of update on this? - 5382D-D1629-40E59 (Dispute ID)
I put up a ticket for asking about the status of my dispute and i got this ridiculous response from your support staff:
http://i.imgur.com/alt5x.png, i mean seriously?
Do i look that dumb to search for the link for my dispute?
Can't these "support" staffs "read" what i've written on my ticket ?

You guys must implement a good support team else have an option to rollback payments being "sent", to avoid scam.
It's really painful for users to see no such option, where the scammer just takes your money and disappears. We are only left with a hope that you guys will solve the dispute, which just remains a hope. Thanks to the quality of your support.

EDIT: Thanks, finally my post over here sparked something off :P
Got my disputed money back :)
And yeah, do something regarding the safety of sending payments.

Whats the status on that transaction? I know sometimes it can take a few extra days for the transaction to be credited on your banks end.

Thanks for the great question :)

You'll be able to set your payment preferences so that only verified members will be able to make payments to you.

Find this option from your payment preferences.
Would you like to accept payments sent by non-verified members?

Give it about 1-3 biz days, that's how long I've seen it take for your bank to credit the funds.

What does it mean? I couldn't have made the withdraw if I hadn't add the card, no?

I check out FAAB3-93C23-0D9F8, it looks like today would only be the third business day. You should see the balance reflect your prepaid card soon, you'll notice the status change to complete once it does.

This would depend on a few things. How did you decided to withdraw your funds? If this was done by bank transfer/check or with our payza prepaid card, verification won't be needed up until a certain limit.

Also, Monday was a holiday here up in Canada :) so today would actually only be the 3rd business day. Shouldn't be much longer before your transaction clears, you'll notice the status change in your payza account to completed once it does.

Hey baleegh999,

Send a support ticket, we will be able to enable your order banner. So yes, members from Egypt are eligible :)

The card will take about 6-8 weeks to reach your mail box. Be sure to prepare the necessary verification docs ---> valid photo ID and recent proof of address

Have you been sent an email concerning this? I would suggest getting in contact with our support to get this cleared up. They'll be able to provide you with the details as to why the transaction was reversed. Calling would be the quickest but do send us a ticket if you prefer!

Q1: Can I use my father's phone bill (in Arabic Language) as a proof of address, because I live with him in his house and all utility bills in his name?

Q2: Can I verify my payza account by using verified Payza Prepaid Card?
