Hmmm, it seems the documents aren't what our verification team is looking for. Refer to the specifics on what they are looking for in the email they sent you.

Let me know if you want me to downgrade the account temporarily so that you may conduct business while your verification pends.

As I'm from India and India is a republic country so we have to give Vote for elect our prime minister.

So in our country, Id of "Election Commission of India" is the only national Id Proof. According to Payza rule I've to give either Country ID or State /Provincial ID. So my Voter Id card is the only ID.

I think you might not checked my Id proof properly so denied my submitted proof.

So, I submitted my Voter Id (Issued by Election Commission of India), one and only national Id of our country, as my Photo Id.

2> I also submitted back copy of that Id card. Because my address is printed on that section

In our country we have to provide that single Id card's copy for my own Id Proof and address proof to all Government Places . So I submitted scanned copy the same Id card.

Hello Payza_Advisor,

I think Payza verification team didn't understood my documents. Because they asked for Country ID (According to Payza verification rule), but I submitted my Voter Id card (Issued by Election Commission of India) which is one and only national Id card of our country. It's mean this is our Country Id card.

In our country, Government of India only accept this Voter Id card.

So my question is why Payza didn't accept this Id card ? Where this is unique Id card of our country.

Now what should I do next ? Open another ticket for that reply or I can make a reply from that email (Sent by Payza) of my mailbox.

they have stop service of adding funds via credit or debit card Now i am stop using their service...they have bullshit way of adding funds which charge too much...

Why did you stop adding funds through CC? I am from India. I was able to deposit funds through CC before. Why did you stop it?

If I get my account verified, will I get the option to fund via CC again?
 
Adding funds via CC has returned it seems. Or am I mistaken?

Did you ask them why ?, because i had the same issue and i was able to re-activate it after contacting them. Mr. Marco gave me an excellent support on that.
