I deposited £50 on Friday morning. I also added deposit code when depositing from my bank..
I am from England.

I don't see any further action from payza..
Please help me..

Can you please tell me what is going on with payza? My transfer has been pending for over a week now. Also, I tried to do a bank transfer withdrawal, but got this message- The following errors occurred

(The bank account that you selected does not support withdrawal at this time.)

Can you please help me?

I requested a bank transfer on 6/22 and I am still waiting. It shows pending. I was told that it would take 3 to 5 business days. Why is it taking so long? Can you please help?

I don't understand why this is happening. They have already verified my bank account.

New Payza takes 3 days to transfer. I guess they were right when they mentioned.
Alertpay used to take only few hours.

even if I verified my account with credit card and phone
why not only IBAN + name and surname are not enough to create WITHDRAW option
what are those 2 ? when I applied to my bank, they could not fill those 2. (except bank name)

bank contact person like manager name & phone number are needed in case of some problem in transaction. Add them, thr is no harm into it
 
they do not know english even if payza call them :) do payza know spanish ?
and I hope my bank give me swift and other codes cause normally IBAN must show
all informations they asked. its international bank account number system. Am I wrong ?
 
^^English is official International Language, so your bank official would be good into communicating in English when needed. :|

It looks like you both have been affected by US ACH not being an available option for the time being. You should be both receiving an email shortly with an explanation offering alternatives to deposit or withdraw.

I apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you updated once I hear of any announcements.

As of now, check withdrawals in the US are free and wire deposit fees have also been waived for US based members.

Hey, I was wondering is someone could help. I transferred money from my US bank to Payza 2 weeks ago. I opened a ticket MWJ-800-​92423 they never responded. So I got them on the phone Thursday. They told me that I just made the cut for the US transfers and the treasury informed them it would be in my account that night or Friday.

It never showed up. I called them all day and they just keep hanging up after being on hold. I received an email saying I could cancel the transfer because it would take a few more days. They said they would wave the $20 if I funded by CC or something and that the money was not take from the bank. It WAS taken from the bank.

I uploaded a pic of my account and opened another ticket IJH-723-17237. What is going on?

Wire deposit is not available for US based members. Can anyone please help me withdraw my funds from my payza account?
 
Editing this response as my problem has been addressed. Note: Make sure you have a screen shot for proof if the money was taken out of your bank. Luckily I had a ticket opened with proof. It took a week to get them on the phone but finally resolved.
