My VPS kept shutting down automatically every 20 minutes or so starting this morning, and I've been waiting several hours for a reply from ServeDome. The worst part is that when I log into SolusVM to check on the status of my VPS, it is no longer listed! I really hope I did not lose all my data in addition to losing money because of downtime.

Here are my most recent ticket numbers (I closed a couple earlier ones after manually restarting the server myself before it disappeared in SolusVM):

Pluto is the solusvm control panel, We have tons of servers for each individual VPS Node
the lead engineers are working to solve issues now i would like to ask that everyone stay calm

But why is shared host down my site is down to much time and i lose money
 
Any updates? I'd like to know the estimated timeframe for getting my VPS up and running again, and whether or not I've lost all my data.
 
so how much time is expected for the solve of the problem my site is offline since the morning (GMT - 5), i know you have a lot of problems...but at least give us an estimated time for this downtime...
