Why don't try something like codeguard or dropmysite, they do a backup of your database in an scheduled basis setup by you.

Yup as it was before excelent service, i really missed xD when my tickets are answered also the vps was setuped in a record time! Thanks I a month I will post a review of this service! Uptime and Speeds.

Hey there i was a former customer of servedome, can someone tell me (of the customers) how things are going here? speed? uptime? everything...I'm in another company now i don't want to say a name and well i'm starting to miss servedome and I'm thinking of coming back, but i need to know first...

Look at the bright side data is safe, and everything will be sorted out today one way or another so if you get you're files back you can move to another host (altough is very difficult to find one trustable offshore host...) just be patient xD or this thread will be closed again until everything...

when this happened to me xD on servedome, that's when i started using dropmysite or codeguard so the backups are automatic, I'm pretty sure the data is safe since is only a network problem, but as an advice always make a backup, you don't know what would happen in the future so it's better to be...

I got this answer in a ticket i opened: Our datacenter Serverius.eu is having network issues. We will be upgrading our switch tomorrow CET to 10GBPS to prevent such issues from happening in the future. Kindest Regards, Kruno B
