Windows can be installed on your VPS if you have a product key. Contact sales@servedome.com for more infomation regarding this.
 
anyway whats best plesk or kloxo
i using kloxo which is good and i can use file upload url not sure if plesk allows it

whats setup time

Both are good control panels. Kloxo is open source and Plesk is free for hosting a single domain. Plesk does not provide a URL upload feature at this time.

VPS will be activated within 12 hours after payment confirmation.
