Why Indian Rate Got 9.99$/10000 views ?

it should be
views: usd=rate
if you count the views that are not included in the calculation, it's more or less the same as doodstream, 500 more = 1 usd
and tier1 changes again

As Savefile said before, 0.0055 is when US normal IP, but when US is from VPN then 0.0044 get paid for that view.
How about indian views and (tier 5 views) others views.

However, the views being displayed are TOTAL views, not paid views. So you can't just divide by 10,000 to get the rate
