Nice service.
But if I may say something. You shloud work on HD encoding presets. Video in that resolution should be more sharp. You should check the bframe prestes and check motion estimation method, range.
Video might convert slower but it gain some quality.
Btw. any chance for support external subtitles support, like .srt or .txt ? to make them hardcoded during upload and conversion ?

Hello,the clips are in stand by for few minutes while starting the procesing for 240p,360p,480p,720p,1080p.For 720p and 1080p to be finished you must to wait 1-2 hours.If you have other problem i can help you,.
No, looks like there are lot of files to encode, tomorrow new servers will come.

- Better conversion quality.
- Additional Webm Sources for HTML5 / mobile Phones, due the Non-flash users, especially Mac, Linux and UNIX users.
- Added mass of servers (will again add more to encode faster).

Great NEWS. Any chance to add other formats for subtitles like txt ?
It will support SSA and SRT subtitle formats at first, you place the subtitles files with the same filename as the video per z-o-o-m, normal or FTP.
It should detected by automatic and then the subtitles is given to the encoder.
I will let you know, if its done.

I know its important for you too, but we have to optimizie server speed at first / load balance them all, then all users here will get their wishes fullfilled.
