Can you please increase a litel more the streaming speed i only get 200 kb/s at 720p the video stops alot for the bufering.

Attention New feature!

Users can enable in their settings "Burn subtitles?" in encoding settings to get the subtitles enabled/burned into video. MP4/MKV subs are supported now. The encoding speed are also 40% faster than before, too.

Thank you, its fixed now. Yes, it does support all video inputs.

Burning subtitles works greatly for 240, 360 and 720p version, but 480p is without subtitle. can you check the issue please?

Hi, rapidvideo.
Nice service.

But if I may say something. You shloud work on HD encoding presets. Video in that resolution should be more sharp. You should check the bframe prestes and check motion estimation method, range.
Video might convert slower but it gain some quality.

Btw. any chance for support external subtitles support, like .srt or .txt ? to make them hardcoded during upload and conversion ?

Newsletter February 2012

Lot of events has happened during the time.

We have worked hard and added some features until now:

  • Now finally the z-o-o-m uploader tool support
  • Support for mobile Phones
  • Support for HTML5
  • Better conversion quality.
  • Additional Webm Sources for HTML5 / mobile Phones, due the Non-flash users, especially Mac, Linux and UNIX users.
  • Added mass of servers (will again add more to encode faster).

What we want to work:

  • SRT Subtitles support, too of course!
  • URL Import from various Types.
  • Better server capacity
  • More encoding jobs at the same time.

Stay tuned in next month March 2013

It will support SSA and SRT subtitle formats at first, you place the subtitles files with the same filename as the video per z-o-o-m, normal or FTP.

It should detected by automatic and then the subtitles is given to the encoder.

I will let you know, if its done.
