I was thinking to upload everything on rapidshare, and than download everything on my new rdp. Do you have a better idea?

Thats the address I found for him as well.

Taking out personal legal action against him will fail though as the company was limited so the directors cannot be liable for any debt of the company. Of course though as he was in the process of striking the company off he should not have been trading anyway so that then becomes a matter for the fraud squad as he was trading illegally, and as a director he IS liable for any illegal actions his company takes.

Also I will add a big thumbs up to Leaseweb, they didnt have to open all the servers back up again

That is partially correct. I keep saying from the beginning they are very smart for having their company limited. Its not the directors that have limited liability, its the shareholders! Its most likely darren is a shareholder so he is not obliged to pay back using his personal wealth. But suing a director personally for negligence is another matter. That all depends on what the company article says to determine whether the directer acted outside the company constitution.

But yes, you can sue the company for doing illegal business, but that wont work in your favour either. As they can counter and say so were you, so you would also get fucked too for doing illegal activity on the server lol

Of course I paid my December invoice of £156.80 1 DAY before they went down.

Has anyone gotten money back from them? Do you think they are just going to run with the money?

I just made a paypal claim and if that doesn't work I'll go to the bank for a chargeback.

On my search for info for my case, names, adresses, people connected etc i came across this quote:

"the original dissolution request was made on the 3rd of August and appeared in the London Gazette on the 16th of August, so the dissolution has been planned for some time. Interestingly, the 16th of August is also the day that Craig Milne stood down as a director or Rapidspeeds Servers Ltd"

Interesting that this kid had no problems accepting my payment for a brand new dedicated server on the 27th of November....8-)

Interesting... run Darren...run ;)

If anyone else has any extra info, like adresses, phonenumbers, even pictures, i'm collecting anything of anyone involved, feel free to dump it to me.

Would like to see some sort of link for this if you would.
