Of course I paid my December invoice of £156.80 1 DAY before they went down. Has anyone gotten money back from them? Do you think they are just going to run with the money? I just made a paypal claim and if that doesn't work I'll go to the bank for a chargeback.

It is very likely our data will be the same way we left it. I suspect this is purely a network issue and has nothing to do with the servers.

I hope we get something for this. It will be interesting to see how RS responds to this(so far not so good). A couple weeks ago my USA server went down for a couples hours due to "Catalyst 8x10G-port blade failure". I don't think I ever got any compensation.

@lifetalk I'm just posting all the steps and telling him to update his system. Also, the EPEL repo might catch a newer version of unrar that would work. And if he was sure everything was installed, I gave him the correct command so he could re check it.

Question: Are all 1gbit dedicated servers full duplex? meaning both download and upload speeds can reach 1 gbit at the same time? if so, is this the same in both US and NL datacenters? I'm thinking about getting a US server, I hope the promo lasts till the end of the month. :)
