I think you should haven't have deleted the post which was created by iHate. We all should have a right to know what is exactly going on cuz 20 hours downtime is not a joke and we all have no idea when it will finally get resolved..

To the Rapidspeeds owner why are you not posting here some visual proof?

He has much more work that to login his WJ account and post,

I belive his priority is gettin his network up

I agree with Enci, but I am 100% sure that a big portion of his clients is formed from WJ.
So, its his duty to update us. If not here, at least on twitter.
The last update of twitter was made about 12 hour ago.

Don't we deserve a update once in 12 hours too ?

Im not from rapidspeeds nor am i posting proof.. Im just showing you what the rapidspeeds rep had to say to sum people

It can be anyone from the internet pretend they are the staff of rapidspeeds,
they should either post the capture on twitter or wj on behalf of staff with their company logo.
 
Thanks to the mods for opening the thread back up again. My evoboxes vps went down this morning along with everyone else and this seems to be the only place to really get any info.

If you still have access to other staff please ask them to drop in and update us. Even if its bad news, I think we would all rather know than be left in the dark.

What do you mean? He's not in a position to take 5 minutes to update his clients? Thats not true...everyone has 5 minutes, no matter how busy you are.

If we still don't receive any updates, we might consider it scam.

Keeping users unaware about the issue is kind of scamming too.

RapidSpeeds has always been behind on bills if you follow there small talk it happens...

Also the guy in my picture is the owner/ex owner of another company rapidspeeds took over... He gets info also just like glenn does from knowinserve...

Darren is the only guy to help you all out.. How can somebody tell you whats going on when the datacenters dont even know what the fuck happened.. Hes working hard and all you are becoming annoying not giving him time to figure out what to say..
 
Well it looks like RS is closing Down & will fuck everyone up , so those who recently purchased any servers - better open a paypal dispute before they clear all their accounts .

1 . No way leaseweb nullrouted everything as their US servers use Powerloft DC - They are definitely hiding something

2 . If its a network issue then why can't anyone get them on phone ?

3. Its too big a coincidence this happened on the same day the company was supposed to be dissolved :S

Unless you have anything concrete to back up your statements, it's wise for you to not post anything.

Stop with the speculation, Glenn has already said that Darren is trying his best to get everything up and running. Unless you're a customer or an staff of RS, it's best for you not to post in this thread and continue with your uploading job. Don't speak/type unless you're certain. I'm pretty sure robert420 made it clear in his post earlier.
