If he can't afford to buy a WHMcs license I highly doubt he can afford to hire a security expert to look into the servers.

You can thank the attacker because he replaced only indexes but who knows who will happen tomorrow. Someone could root them again and rm -rf /* everything. Yeah, take the risk if you are stupid enough.

well when i go to my admincp i still get that page saying hacked by... etc.

ill probably remove all files from ftp and replace from backup after once you guys assure us its secure again cuz i dont want to have a shell anywhere without knowing
