I sent an e-mail to support yesterday, still haven't gotten back to me. I'm pretty sure these hackers only delete the index files. They've done it before to hundreds of sites in the past. The rest of the files and the databases should be untouched. Pirate Solutions should give us access so at...

why don't they fuckin email us and tell us what happened
