What the hell are you talking about!

- You promised (in your old wjunction thread) to a lot customer to give them 10 free days after the problem with eu9 and a lot of those customer don't have those days.


ALL EU9 Clients are still with his RL and much than 50 clients are with more that 10 free days.

- We fixed A LOT OF THINGS ALLWAYS, PLUGINS and lot of problems,.

All plugins are working, if you have any problem open a ticket, but you are not a peson to say if we can offer or not again, really bad what are you saying, if you not like our service go and take other.

Im not a liar, the auto suspension mabe suspend your RL but its not deleted because like i tell there is no way i have disabled it, maybe your RL and the other person that is telling lot of bad things about us have the same problem, it simple than telling me your information and your leech will be reopen instantly, i see your Invoice number so i will unsuspend your RL right now if it is suspended, we are not SCAMMERS, so stop saying that, i have any problem to give all the persons free days and fix all the things, i allways do that and its not my intention leave this company never and in this days you will see what kind of company we are going to be when we expand to lot of more zones of the Hosting service and file storage.

I have unsuspended at this moment alll the RL suspended on EU9 by mistake, if anyone got their RL still suspended post it here i will unsuspend without any problem

My account is now unsuspend but because of the suspension that lasted 10 days, I had to buy RDP which cost me $20 and earnings on my site has dropped dramatically in the days where I am awaiting activation on my hostingflame account. Thank you for the unsuspend my account, but with this you did not prove anything ...

I didn't tell you have suspended my account , i tell you don't give the 10 free days to custumer like baberblank. And fortunately you don't suspend my account! I take my account in the begining of this month ! (2/02/2012)
So with the 10 free days my account will usually end the 12 March. But fortunately i say you don't give those free days because without that you would never give those days to baberbanks (and maybe to me) and one weeks later !!!!

So all my criticism are true , you are a liar and i proofed that !So now we don't want to see you in wjunction and i hope sniffdog will take the good decision to ban you.


And you don't answer about the download plugin !!! You say that all work and it's false. Why you love to lie?

I Haven't Been able To Use My Leech Since 8th feb..
8th-18th feb - blocked my IP without any reason.
19th-29th - rapidshare, the only plugin which was working was down.

no extra days provided.
infact i should get 20 days extra but nothing.
no replies to tickets.
no help here.

and now You are gone and would come online after 5 days.
thats how you have handling business lately?

Rapidshare plugin its working there is nothing to lie, so @bouabdellah stop bumping

I have reason to criticize you and i'm not alone !!

And vpnn1006 are right even rapidshare don't work , i tested it 2 hours ago (it doesn't work since 10 days) and i posted a screencapture. Contrary to you i posted proof and you can deny that. You just talk , you spend your time to promise. 2 weeks ago you promised that you will answer to all the ticket but even today always no answer. And i just remind you that it's me who create this thread. So i can tell what i want if it's true (and it is !): It"s not your support thread , it"s closed !

Edit = i just test rapidshare it works now after 10 days !!!!

it was down for 10 days..
and before that my IP was Block..
And I Haven't Been Given Extra days...

We not block ips, our Firewall maybe because you do lot of request to our dedicated server.

All extra days was added TO ALL CLIENTS.

Because the disaster happened to all companies, because i remember you, we werent the only affected with lot of problems this days, there are lot of RL companies with the same problems

Contrary to you i'm not a liar i'm honest so yes you were a good rapidleech before (that's why i take a account from you) but since 20 days you have to much problem , you promise a lot of thing but don't respect your promises. I think you don't deserve to be here now due toe the lack of respect you have to your user.

If you were clever , before to request the reopen of your thread , you would have to answer to the old tickets (logical no?)...You made a lot of mistakes so now bear the consequences....

You have been banned to sell your services on WJ. I thought I was clear about that. You have been given numerous chances but you've not taken any of them.

I know you are protecting the users from scammers, but i cant tell you you dont need to do that with me im selling RL like more than 2 years, in lot of countries, we still have all our dedicated servers we not leave anything down, that why i want you to show we are professionals and our frist problem was we didnt spect so big troubles that happened when megaupload goes down.

It"s a joke? I repeat what i said 2 hours ago : I opened a ticket one weeks ago and no answer. so low support was just in wj and not in the support system? Just a joke...(sniffdog if you want a screenshot of my ticket i can give you in pm).

So now like sniffdog say : enough is enough !

I reup this thread because firstly :

-when we create a ticket , the admin don't answer. As far as i'm concerned i open a ticket 2 days ago and nothing.

- Dl plugin like rapidshare, uploading etc don't work

- Matkorn promise 10 free days for customer who were concerned by the problem of eu9 server but apparently he don't give it to all the customer.

So ok now we can't say they scam their customer (it's exagerated because i have now an acces to my rl account) but i advice wjunction user against buying an account from this provider. It the last month for me.

Sir, i'm not the only client but other client complain about you , i'm just the most active.Secondly if you read the page 4 i said : "we can't say they scam their customer (it's exagerated because i have now an acces to my rl account". So no you don't really scam your client but this last times you are not serious (10-20 days we have problem with dl plugin + don't answer to the support ticket + make promise but don't respect those promises + the fact that sniffdog give you yet your chance). And Last but not least this thread is in the section "hosting discussion" , it's a public thread so i have the right to say what i want to say. Moreover i created this thread and you blame me for posting message on it !!! Are you kidding me?
 
Im just telling we allways work, we CANT work fixing 2354234532 plugins for more than 1000 clients en days, maybe a tiny company yes but if you see our lot of things we offer, the time we take for fixing and giving solutions its really perfect, i know we take lot of time to fix some plugins this days, but thats not because we wont to scam our clients, anyway my intention its simple, its to show all people that all of support will change, we only need that chance to show it.
