Alright, We have found the damage caused by these nerds.

To fix this issue:

Please reupload any index.html or index.php from your backups. Also some people have database's missing. Please reupload those from your personal backups as well.

At the moment the system admin is securing the server so this doesn't happen again. Also everyone will be given 1 month free on their invoice.

when are the problems going to be fixed?

my site has been down for days now

it takes more than 2 days for support tickets to be answered!

we are all left in the dark on to whats going on with the site?

an email to all your customers explaining what is happening would be good.

or as i have suggested many times add a support forum.

Hi,

It has been 15 days since on-line site and you stop not saying to me that are going to be it put back, but there is nothing de facto!!
 
I recently restored my site. It was working properly. But I am not able to see the fucking thumbnails now. No response from HostMyWarez.

Really Poor service. I need to move to some other hosts. Any suggestions on Good Hosts

Have you guys contacted their support via email, msn and or ticket?
If it has really been that long since you have gotten a response, then yeah, it might be a good idea just to change hosts.
Remember you can always go back if you liked their services in the past.
Maybe they are having some problems with their support, or no one to respond.

if you can do the same price and space etc. as HMW then i would move to your host :P

also a site transfer would be good ;)

I have submitted support tickets but got no help

also tried to contact on msn and no reply

seems to me that they have given up on the site all together.
 
It would appear that HMW has just left since I've also had reports of them providing no updates on this matter - its been over a week now right?
If you have backups I was suggest you try and move away quickly as possible to save further downtime and disruption.

no response from John on msn either

i think they have given up :P

I have asked for them to send a email letting customers know whats going on but got no response
 
How about choosing a normal company without "warez" in the domain name next time? If you allow warez linking, you don't have to put it in the domain name. It's just... retarded. I wouldn't be surprised if they got taken down by the datacenter.

I hope you guys will get your backups and replace HMW with a decent hosting provider. Good luck!
 
Top hosts in WJ which are professional and have proper support:

- WRZHost.com
- SQSHosting.com
- KnownSrv.com (New but seems to be doing a great job!)

Theres many more but ask questions and don't go with people who seem to be so obvious at saying " WE HOST WAREZ" it will get you nowhere.
 
Hello,

I am sorry for the recent downtime. I had a personal issue 2 days ago (Car Accident), which put me in the hospital for 2 days. I've been released this morning and I'm checking for what is causing the troubles.

I have now rebooted the server and all websites should be back online.
