They are very much on the lowend markert. Extremely overcrowded servers, poor disk performance to say the least, it was terrible every time I got a box there. But "You get what you pay for" I'd suggest taking a peak @ LowEndbox.com though ;)

A basic shared account should do the job pretty fine for you. I wouldn't worry about a VPS at the moment seeing as your traffic is quite lot and will decrease probably.
