nope my site is still down :( and my support tickets have been deleted :(

i joined here http://host-warez.org/ but got no help with moving my site to them and support is slow :( currently looking for a new host too :P

my site has been down for days now no response from John or Jason in the tickets that i have submitted on that site no response from John on msn either i think they have given up :P I have asked for them to send a email letting customers know whats going on but got no response

if you can do the same price and space etc. as HMW then i would move to your host :P also a site transfer would be good ;) I have submitted support tickets but got no help also tried to contact on msn and no reply seems to me that they have given up on the site all together.

when are the problems going to be fixed? my site has been down for days now it takes more than 2 days for support tickets to be answered! we are all left in the dark on to whats going on with the site? an email to all your customers explaining what is happening would be good. or as i have...
