Can you check now please?

Also @HeatherLee please, besides our friend @Enat

Waiting your feedbacks.
Zoom is working now.

However I have a question about the "encoder" I'm uploading many files but I'll use one as an example. The original file is mp4 and 378mb but once uploaded the system auto encodes it and now it's 472.3mb. I've uploaded an 831mb mp4 and once encoded by the system it's over 1gb. I thought smaller files weren't supposed to "encode" once uploaded.

Hello HeatherLee,

Thank you for your time and feedback.

The simple answer for you are because our system encode all videos in high quality possible of 720p.

If your videos have a bad rate or bad audio rate, our system try to encode on high video and audio rate and that is it.

For a simple test just upload one high quality HD Movie trailer, you will see from 100 MB will be encode average to 30 - 40 MB.

I hope you find my answer useful.

Cheers !

Payout

I would like to provide an update on the payments I have received. The payouts are processed quickly and if there is a delay or there is a problem, the user will be contacted.

Feedback

The downtime yesterday was a bit bad because the users couldn't watch videos. Maybe you can create a page here and, should the GoUnlimited be down like yesterday, inform the users there about the status. Here in the forum, such information is quickly lost due to the number of posts.

Thanks for the answer but it's useless to me. Many of my videos aren't HD and are old videos from 2000 - today so many are standard quality. All your "encoding" is doing is causing my video files to get larger and stutter when they play. Is there a way to turn this off on my account. I encode my videos myself.

This is the problem, because your files are old, at the quality of that years, the system tries to encode to the quality of today.

On years 2000 mostly videos format was FLV and not MP4, typically somewhere between 400-600kbps VIDEO BITRATE with MP3 audio format and now system try encode your files to 5,000 kbps 720p H.264 with AAC audio format. The difference is huge and so is the size of the files.

Encode is automated for all trusted users and cannot be disabled.
