No worries. We will apply a new rule soon to skip encoding if the output is greater than the input.
 
Zoom is working now.

However I have a question about the "encoder" I'm uploading many files but I'll use one as an example. The original file is mp4 and 378mb but once uploaded the system auto encodes it and now it's 472.3mb. I've uploaded an 831mb mp4 and once encoded by the system it's over 1gb. I thought smaller files weren't supposed to "encode" once uploaded.

He is pointing out an issue with some files being encoded into a greater size instead of lower one which causing problems for some viewers who have low internet connection. We need to resolve such issues even if it's related to one partner. We're the responsible part for this and not him,
 
RDP software installation problem, has been waiting for 2 days, still not solved... Please help me check, thank you
1. Your ticket was replied already.

2. Your didn't wait for 2 days because your reply was posted yesterday, which is a reply for our engineer reply so you have not been ignored but you posted a new reply to our and still waiting for an update from us regarding this matter.

3. It's a shared RDP, and not a dedicated server, so I can never guarantee that it won't have any problems, because there is no bug free shared RDP in the world, and I also offered you a full refund for this month payment but you refused to take it and decided to keep using the RDP.

Please send me the video link via a PM and I will transfer it into a faster server if it's a server related problem or see what's the problem exactly and solve it. Also keep in mind that your account is not trusted so your videos are not being encoded which means you need a stable internet connection to watch the video on its original size.

yeah, I got a reply, but I still can't use the software when I open RDP, so I asked to install it again
So what we should do if the software is not working?

The software was not successfully installed to my RDP at the beginning. Please make sure that it can be found in my windows search function after re installation, so that there is no problem..and I don't accept your refund just because I want to continue using your service, not because I think your service is bad.. I have a lot of files to upload, so I can only choose to leave a message here. I hope it won't cause you any trouble. Thank you

Is the software portable?
 
I have both versions. at first, engineers help me install the JDownloader 2
If you can, please open portable for me If someone removes the software, I can also use portable

Yeah I know portable will not appear in the search function I have said in the ticket to re install JDownloader 2. At the same time, if you can help me open the portable permission, I will have the portable version and the installed version of JDownloader 2
