In most cases the player shows this message for unplayable videos until they're encoded, instead of showing its number in the encoding queue. But don't worry, just send me the video link through a private message and I will check it for you.

Admid is that there are many videos and I don't know how many more will stop working. The thing is that these videos yesterday if they worked. And there are videos of up to 900 mb that present the same problem, when yesterday they worked for me and old videos that also worked, now stopped working

Yes, I just noticed that 17 server out of 333 are extremely overloaded. We're currently working on them.

Hello! just notifying that I'm also getting the "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." in most of my files, even files as old as a week ago, is it because of the servers? I made sure I wasn't running adblock since I believe it sometimes inteferes with the player still

I'm also getting the Same error as in the previous message "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. " in a lot of videos.
In addition, Zoom Upload and webupload are down. Videos transferred via FTP don't work and show the same error message above.

Same here, i got a bunch of videos showing taht error. Yesterday they seems working.

I can confirm that overloaded server which have been facing extremely large load yesterday are up to 71 server out of 333 ones. This is not a small number even if it's not close to the half.
However, servers are gradually getting up now, but in order to not affect our partners income, we will keep counting views even when the file gives an error to the viewer, so in this way no one notice any drop in his views in case the file wasn't working at the moment of the attempt.

Most of the affected servers are old ones which includes older files only.
