Your affiliates are lucky to have you! It's rare to get such a dedicated compassionate person to connect with for for a project and you are it.

Someone who uses their own savings and money to pay for a technical problem that happened, making sure people are compensated. You didn't need to do this, nor put yourself at finanical stress but you did.

Every single affiliate you have should thank you!

I'm not part of your project but followed what you have done and I feel your passion. The costs of new servers and everything you do is a lot!

Your affiliates are lucky to have this project and more importantly you running it!

We're actually ashamed, at this part, as we wasn't able to offer 100% of what we tried to offer. Some partners are disappointed, we can't blame any of them, but fortunately most of them are understandable and agreed to join the new compensation program list. In return, we're now developing new features and also issuing payouts in less than 24 hours in most cases to satisfy as much as we can of partners.

GO Unlimited, and since 2016, was a basic video hosting which allows its partners to upload their videos and share them, just like that, but we're currently working to implement a complete video hosting solutions starting from A to Z. Yes, it's the biggest video hosting so far but we can't remain in that position if we didn't adapt ourselves with today needs and our partners expectations.

Again, we would like to thank you for such kind comments and feedbacks, as such feedbacks can really motivate our team to keep offering their best! :)

My Account > Configuration, and you will find it there. It will force your viewers to disable their ADB plugins in order to watch your videos, which should increase your income not less than 10% in worst case, usually much higher.

Payment received but I was charged fees. Not much but I wanted to bring it to your attention.
Whenever you get a payment from any host in this industry, PayPal charge you fees, that’s totally normal. Sometimes we pay the fees in our partners behalf which is a thing that other hosts doesn’t do, but we don’t do this every time as it is not possible in some cases.

Our partners used to get their payouts without fees, unlike other hosts, so when they get charged by PayPal they think there is something wrong, but that’s the normal thing actually, which is paying fees to PayPal. Actually, with some hosts the fee is up to 6% while ours is much less, and in some cases we pay it in the partner behalf.

If partners wants to constantly complain about this we will be forced start putting the fees on their side every time, like all other hosts. In this way they won’t feel something different when they get charged by PayPal as they will be used to it. :)

Oh like I said it wasn't a big deal just weird that I got charged fees this time but last time I didn't. Thanks for explaining though.

Depends on the account from which we send the money. When our primary account reaches the spending limit (which is the account from which we pay fees instead of the recipient) we use other PayPal accounts to avoid delaying payments to our partners and sending them within less than 24 hours, but some accounts do not support paying fees instead of the recipient. In worst case, PayPal charges you 5% which is the lowest fee compared to other hosts, and as I said in some cases we pay it in the partner behalf which is something that other hosts doesn’t do.

I have this message in many videos that was ok yesterday.
The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported
My visitors complain.. Is this temporary or I have to reupload?

Look up that particular video right in your gounlimited account. High chance it's a server under maintenance. If it is, just delete and reupload, it's faster that way.
 
It doesn’t affect the player function but I also agree it’s confusing. We gonna fix it very shortly. :)

I think that It makes user feel annoyed when playing video.Because you will not like something in the screen that doesn't belong the video itself in full-screen mode, will you?

And sometime my video only uploaded a few minute video in 2h video in running time. Can you make the function to check if that video is broken while uploading? Then I will not have to check one by one? Thanks.

These are not related things. Please don’t reply in our behalf and mislead the partners. We know that you’re not doing it in bad intention but we kindly ask you to stop this behavior. We’re available here to assist everyone by ourselves. :)

Functions working.Sometimes freeze upload in webupload and not convertig videos.Goodwork Go And Pro.I waiting extreme mode.
Videos in playable formats and smaller than 700 mb will not be encoded and will remain at their original quality considering their reasonable size and in order to offer the viewer an excellent experience when it comes to the video quality. We have previously mentioned that multiple times, so having some of your videos not encoded is not an issue. :)

As for the web-upload, please try to use a private tab if you faced any troubles as some browsers may stick with one server when it comes to the uploading process due to its cache with that server, while that server may be overloaded or disabled.

I have re-uploaded those videos and I get the same message again. This had not happened to me before. Please any solution to solve this problem?
