My Videos search? If so, it depends on how many files you’re listening per page.

He is talking about (My Videos > Search) and not the website itself, these are totally different things as the search results on My Videos page depends on how many files you list per page. For example, listing 5,000 file per page will results in time error in your end, while the website works perfect.

Maybe because they're older? If so, then it's possible that the system is trying to list the newer ones before finding the targeted one.

Your affiliates are lucky to have you! It's rare to get such a dedicated compassionate person to connect with for for a project and you are it.
Someone who uses their own savings and money to pay for a technical problem that happened, making sure people are compensated. You didn't need to do this, nor put yourself at finanical stress but you did.
