I thought it would just take about 2 weeks to get the files back online? or is that option out of the table now? I don't have a backup for all my files
Can someone please confirm this?
You have to delete them, if they go back up without deleting the new ones, they are broken.
I have already tried and until I have not deleted they were not done well.
I just talked to @GO Unlimited on Skype hour ago and said it is okay to reupload before deleting the old ones.

in previous there is not possibility to upload same file more than one (may be) that's why Go said to remove/delete old file .

You guys can keep old files and upload new ones first. You can delete old files later.
No need to waste time on old ones for now. We can also delete them for you later.
However, I can't reply all emails and PMs on time. Please allow me sometime to add the new servers.
I got 5 new servers, and installing them right now.
Upload speed should be even better as well as encoding queue.

In my case I am removing the old files, because it is difficult to replace the links, knowing that the duplicate files are, it is really confusing!
Regarding the prize for being re-uploading, can we order in stages or only after replacing everything do we contact the support?

He said update for an old server takes more than 15 hours , I don't know how many old servers are there but I guess it takes more than 2 weeks, maybe 1-2 months or more. I think we have to keep on reupload until old files get back online. I'm so tired for very less sleep recently and I still have a bunk of files that need to manually reupload. Let's just do our job and let's he and his team keep on the best for this site. In the end, GOU still the best now and the admin is so good with his users.
