ok, I contacted them yet they didn't answer me, they are very busy.
I'm going to delete all the files then.

That's the answer I need, I just hope and wait till you got backup all of old servers. I mean the compensation for reupload is a real deal but I just can't reupload them all since I have more than 4000+ videos on your site. I store my files on cloud, so I had to re-download and re-upload them all. Just hope old servers get back soon. And thanks for everything. You're very nice admin.

I will provide you with free RDP. If you have backup then help us to save some space from the old servers. Contact me with subject (RDP).
 
Can you check if everything is fine with the FTP because I've uploaded files, then they are moved from the ftp folder somewhere else but not in my account?

EDIT: Now they are added fine, but few hours ago I had a feeling like I uploading to the black hole.

I also only had cloud backups but I deleted all the videos. Currently, it is only possible to download and upload again.
really hard and time consuming
But still hope he will return to normal soon

What did you do ? All my files go through the black hole.

It only serves to upload through the website
 
I only have 20% data backup of 500 videos. to be able to reupload, I'm looking for other websites that have the same video as me, for those of you who don't have backup data, you can try this method. Download from them, and upload to GO.

but I'm still not sure if videos of different sizes and file names will still be compensated

I use Gooogle Cloud RDP but speed it's slow but it's location usa and i believe it can be a problem , while in rdp in europe the popularity goes up and down
 
Hello, I will try to reupload my files, but I have a question (English isn't my first language so I apologize if you answered this already):
Do I have to delete the old files?
Do I have to manually replace each file or the servers will replace the URL if they have the same file name and size?
I have a ton of videos so I don't know if I can manually replace all of them
 
Unfortunately FTP is not working properly, the files after they are submitted, do not appear in the file manager. Let us wait for news in this regard, and for sure that this wonderful team will solve the synchronization problem.

edit: After my comment, the sync was back on!

did you get thumbnails on videos you upload via FTP? or just 'grey' color background with a play button?
