that's because it's not stated clearly on the email that i have to reply the concerned email, it's just
to update you. and i did it by sent a new email.
not to mention about the postlink need to be included.
and it's not only me who've this problem.
i've seen some partners here got this problem too, i think it's because either they don't reply the concerned email and sent a new one istead like me, or they don't reply at all and just did request payout after posted it on WJ.
it's just a simple word, delayed compensation or delayed reply it's still delayed.
and why you PM me with this result?

I am glad that you finally posted your comment here, because I already prepared a proper comment for you.
You contacted us regarding your compensation request earlier last February, and your request was handled even before 14 days.
Focus on the last part of the email that says:
Kindly update us once you confirm in WJ forum that your Compensation Balance has been credited. We will let you know how it will work by then.
We do look forward to hear back from you as soon as possible.
You decided to ignore, let we say at least this part of the email and didn’t reply us with the requested informations through the email.
That was your first mistake, as for the second one:
When you didn’t receive your compensation, instead of going back to the email you ignored and update it, you decided to ask us in this thread why you didn’t receive your compensation, and I replied you up to 5 times if not even more, that you need to update us with the requested informations through the email you ignored and you admitted that you ignored that email (check your previous comments by yourself).
Finally, you understood your mistake back then and updated the concerned email ticket with the requested informations after ignoring that email for almost a week without getting back to us while we asked you to do so in a WHOLE SENTENCE.
However, even that I told you multiple times that the process takes up to 14 days since your email, you keept pumping our thread with malicious comments such as (Everyone got his compensation, while I am waiting) and so. It was your mistake to ignore that email, but you refuted that later after admitting and decided to say that it’s our mistake (and I am not sure why you chnaged your opinion later).
I gave you two chances to stop your malicious behavior:
1- I contacted you through a PM asking you top stop commenting, because the ETA is 14 days while you’re screaming in our thread since the first week, which doesn’t make any sense.
2- I asked you through the same exact PM to stop this behavior again.
Unfortunately all of my requests were ignored.
Eventually, we decided to not process any compensation requests to your account, even that you already have compensation balance, which will be decreased to zero within 14 days since your last email.
