The GO Unlimited service, which may be known by the name of many of you, is one of the oldest services specialized in the field of video hosting. You said moving these files into another servers doesn’t help. However, they weren’t moved into other servers previously, so may I ask how did you assume that if we moved them into a proper servers they won’t be loading better? :)

upload speed is low
There is more than 290 server handling the upload process, if one of them is giving you low speed you can refresh the page and the system will automatically connect you to one of the other 289 server.

Sorry, As I asked for a lot of my files to be moved. I thought they were part of them. I don't keep track of all of them. Sorry again.
I just wanted to know if there is a solution that won't involve asking the files to be moved as I manage hundreds of files a day.

Hello!

I'm sorry to get back to this subject! But the streaming speed is just horrible in some of the videos. People are complaining they can't watch a some videos without it buffering constantly or not playing at all.

Is there any definitive solution to this problem as it's killing me and my views stats (They could be two times better without this issue).

I'm in a similar situation. This morning a lot of comments complaining about buffering in my website. I checked it for myself and random videos take a lot of time to load. I've PM some URL's @GO Unlimited

Yes it’s Sunday, around 35%-40% of files are buffering like any other host, if not even much better than most of them. But as I said previously we’re offering our partners the option to send the concerned files to us through a PM and we fix them immediately by moving these files into a proper servers.
 
i'm happy for all of you who's already got the compensation, while i'm here waiting for my ticket (request 12737216) to be replied for almost a week so i can get my delayed compensation. i know i will be handled ASAP, but may i know when is ASAP will be sir @GO Unlimited?

It’s not delayed compensation. The compensation process ETA is 2 weeks but you forgot to reply our email so it’s taking longer because of your delay. So I would call it “Delayed reply” not “Delayed Compensation”. Don’t try to make it like our mistake in front of the people.

I am glad that you finally posted your comment here, because I already prepared a proper comment for you.

You contacted us regarding your compensation request earlier last February, and your request was handled even before 14 days.

Focus on the last part of the email that says:
Kindly update us once you confirm in WJ forum that your Compensation Balance has been credited. We will let you know how it will work by then.

We do look forward to hear back from you as soon as possible.

You decided to ignore, let we say at least this part of the email and didn’t reply us with the requested informations through the email.

That was your first mistake, as for the second one:

When you didn’t receive your compensation, instead of going back to the email you ignored and update it, you decided to ask us in this thread why you didn’t receive your compensation, and I replied you up to 5 times if not even more, that you need to update us with the requested informations through the email you ignored and you admitted that you ignored that email (check your previous comments by yourself).

Finally, you understood your mistake back then and updated the concerned email ticket with the requested informations after ignoring that email for almost a week without getting back to us while we asked you to do so in a WHOLE SENTENCE.

However, even that I told you multiple times that the process takes up to 14 days since your email, you keept pumping our thread with malicious comments such as (Everyone got his compensation, while I am waiting) and so. It was your mistake to ignore that email, but you refuted that later after admitting and decided to say that it’s our mistake (and I am not sure why you chnaged your opinion later).

I gave you two chances to stop your malicious behavior:
1- I contacted you through a PM asking you top stop commenting, because the ETA is 14 days while you’re screaming in our thread since the first week, which doesn’t make any sense.
2- I asked you through the same exact PM to stop this behavior again.

Unfortunately all of my requests were ignored.

Eventually, we decided to not process any compensation requests to your account, even that you already have compensation balance, which will be decreased to zero within 14 days since your last email.

1st, update us is not the same as "reply this concerned email with the postlink that you've posted on WJ", that's your first not clear statement
2nd, you never said what the requested information is, which is the postlink i knew later on your post below. see the date, and see my email date. and so i did date as fast as i can.
I asked you for the post link through the concerned email ticket since the day your request started to be processed, and didn’t get anything yet, and also asked here publicly multiple times as everyone can see on my previous comments to update the concerned email ticket with the requested information, but instead of doing so, you’re still asking:

Recently, Google is marking all websites which includes any kind of video hosting services players (such as: GO Unlimited, ClipWatching, Vidoza, etc) as websites with abusive behavior.

However, no host or ads network yet founded any solution to defend that.

i can even prove that she got banned because of The God assumption, and he resulted that @Ladyk wants $44k for her reuploaded files, which she never said that. here is the proof about it below, she stated that she's avoid getting illusions because of the unclear statement. and she want it to be clear, and not only $1 per reuploaded files statement.
When he announced the compensation he said it as if for each video uploaded 1 $ again.
I think that I and the majority in the main statement understood it this way.

The same was explained badly or the language barrier leads to these confusions.


When I first read the compensation, I preferred to be reluctant to believe what I was reading and to think that it would not be that way, luckily I was right and avoid getting illusions.

With the issue of compensation I would have preferred an initial message, with simple words and completely clear.
but instead, this is The God @GO Unlimited assumption.

So you want to get paid $44k while your 50 years income can't reach that? Don't you think this is funny?
Your yearly income is JUST $720, and you WANT TO GET PAID $44k as compensation?
The compensation is meant to cover the lose and fill the gap our partners have in their income because of this problem, and we're doing much more than that with the compensation program at the moment.
i can even tell you all about $1k cap never mentioned before, it's just only stated $1 per reuploaded file, so if you have more file you're gonna get more.
which is fair, because some of you have more than 1000 files right? so more works to do.
but The God doesn't care about it. LOL
and also about "the files from before gonna get recovered but takes time", but later it's become "you need to reuploaded all your files to get your compensation", and even deleted the red dot mark files to force you all to reuploaded your files.

Go is big and well known ofcourse they do have alot of users who are on the que.

About Ladyk, I don't know why you bring it up, but I am sure that what he meant on that statement is getting 44k dollars, not to mention the size of uploads 2tb+ and earn 1-2$ a day which is crazy! If im the owner of the host I probably did the same.

About uploading the deleted files in exchange of compensation, it's the users decision whether he upload or continue using the service or move away. Go didn't force anyone to do it, we have our own choice.

Host having a huge problem (close, deleted files, gone, runaway, vanish)
I experienced this alot of times already but I never experience anyone offering a compensation which is nearly impossible not even in my wildest dream. But Go did it! They are the only one who offer this. Well I am extremely lucky that I had such a great host and I'm sure others feel the same way too.

Yeah your Compensation is Great and yes you are right you are the only Host where do such thinks like compensation.

But you cant compare GoU with Very/Opelnload ^^

with Openload or Very i make Daily 30-50 $ but i cant even make 3-4 $ per day with GoU with the same Files and Gou on the same spot like OL/Very before ^^

i really like Gou fast Upload fast encoding and hope i can get better results in time with Gou.
