if you log off and went back to identify but the same ... I do not see anything, my mind is rcm0492, but not that may be happening, just gives me error that my files are not on my account!
 
Your files have been DMCAed i.e they were reported as infringing copyright. As you can see from the message in the above file, it was deleted because of a takedown notice. This is very normal and happens to all the files, all you can do right now is to simply re upload these files.
 
A couple of things.

1. The DMCA tab of fileserve isn't perfect, a lot of my files are removed that dont show up in that tab.
2. Once, around 6tb of data was removed from my fileserve account, so a mass removal can happen
3. Whenever someone downloads something from your files, you are not immediately credited for those files. It takes a little while for the entire number to show up, so even after your files are deleted your stats counter can rise.


Try something different for once. Upload a couple of files and dont share them anywhere, then see if they are removed or not.

Transfer Delay

Same Problem As Above .. The Payment Hasn't Transferred Yet For Me Too... Getting A Little Concerned As It used to get transferred withing 3-4 days...
 
Ok people, put you're concerns to rest, till wednesday you will have payments aproved and money in paypal/alertpay.
About fileserve we can make some complains, but THEY ARE ALWAYS PAY!
And they would not stop now.
This is not the first time this is hapening so is nothing to concern about.

Requesting during the week does not make the process go faster.

And please stop making things up about how many days it usually takes.
If you request during the week it takes longer.
Well then... stop requesting during the week and stop complaining.
 
I do the Transfer to Payout Account on Sunday mornings and have never had a problem with getting paid on time. It's pretty simple, request the transfer on Sunday, come back on Tuesday and click the "Payout" button and then get paid on Wednesday.

Just follow Ricky's Instructions.
 
bro files getting dissapeared from my accnt

i uploaded few files to my accnt in a folder , now the files and folder both Disaapeared but the files is still available for download
wots wrong

+1 to me the same thing happened yesterday .. and did not help at all .. but good and leave the server I withdraw the money and greetings ... because to have a support so that I erased the entire file that I have disappeared just like you is not plan.
