I don't think they respond to support tickets very often on the weekends.
Give them another 24 hours before you panic.
They're usually pretty good on these sorts of requests.
If two people upload the same file, a file host only stores one copy.
And if the link for either of those two gets reported, both links are killed.
Now imagine what happens when dozens or hundreds of people upload the exact same file... it only takes one of those hundreds of uploaders to get a...
What's the huge problem here? Files aren't being deleted, you can still upload and download speeds are good even for free users. If you're only in this to make a profit, then find another host. Otherwise, Uploadable is running pretty smoothly, despite the setback.
Good looking, but everything's very large and chunky. Many elements take up more space than before, so you get less actual content on screen at once. It's going to take some getting used to, but I appreciate the effort to freshen the look and feel of the site.
Jo said the new payment gateway would be working in a week or two. Relax and wait it out, that's not very long to wait.
I've seen other hosts lose their payment processors and take 3-6 months to work out a replacement.
