@ Money: Some usernames just do not work. It is the new way MU has taken of preventing excessive remote upload :). This was tested not long ago when I took a link that got "failed" with a username that I saw had a successful upload. Same link, 2 different usernames. One username could transfer, the other could not.

@ deloghtedx3: Pressing F5 will not help it, but to damage our servers to become more loaded by updating for you every time.

lol, what should I do then? Takes too much time atm, dunno why.
Take HotFile as example. They're - apart from RS - the quickest I've seen so far.

I was hacked 3 days ago... and nothing has been made to solve this ricky ... your support team is too slow :(

I have bought a new megaupload premium account to only find out that I forgot to re-enable the direct downloads option. My original MU account still remote uploads to MU and I just wasted 9.99 eu ($13.99 US) on another account:(

1st, why would they even care if you got hacked?? It is your fault, you have infected PC, or used your account on unsecured serve, or used like some simple password, like 1234, and u r pissed on them?
With that attitude, say goodbye to your account, and start fresh.
Your account is ONLY your responsibility. Sorry if I slapped you with reality, and you didn't liked it.
 
find myself agreeing with cvrle77 .. was your password an easy one or was it quite hard, if it was quite a hard one then my guess is your PC is infected and i would suggest that you re install windows
 
i have three problem ,

1- i can not rename some of my files
2- i can not download some files , it says error even file exist , mean available
3- two files stilll in pending ftp file status since from yesterday and still did not completed

i know it is about improvement works on fs , but just wished to report again , maybe can be useful to fix .

Hotfile has an excellent system, send an email giving the name of the file that was removed immediately this has been deleted.

If this is too complicated, could also be an excellent option if the list of DMCA can be arranged by date deleted and not by date of publication
¿what's the point to know the publication date of a file that was deleted?

Has been extremely difficult for me to keep my files online because I have no idea which of the files is the one that has been deleted.
Be reviewed daily folder by folder, file by file, it's frustrating.

I hope Fileserve can do something about this.

Is there any difficulty to download files from FS? I've got yesterday earning much lower than average. I've just tested to download some files, it was sometimes needed the second click for the file to be downloaded. So worry. Can't figure out exactly the reason why my earning is going down vastly.
 
stat problem

RickyFS, please tell me whats wrong with my stat. Yesterday i registered at fileserve and make some post's, now i have 50 downloads and only $0.04 earnings. What i doing wrong?

@ Money: MU does however ban usernames, so if that wasn't the case in your situation, then all the best :)

@ specialist: You communicated with staff on a Friday. Then comes a weekend. It is now Tuesday and I'm pretty sure someone will forward to get it solved.

1. PM me the files you cannot rename.
2. PM me the files that gives you error.
3. I'll check the files in Pending for you if you can PM me your username.

@ xingpr: Overall the earnings didn't fall compared to last week.

+1 Another vote. Please don't limit the DMCA tab to only show deleted files which are less than 30 days old. I like many other people would love to know if any of the files which I uploaded say 3 months or 6 months ago are deleted or not, its one of the main reasons why I bought a premium account, so that the 60 day inactivity rule doesn't wipe out files which took so long to upload.
 
I don't Get it.
Why is there a limit of 500 GB Space ? (for free users)
I mean People can just Make Multiple accounts if the 500 GB gets exhausted.
Why not make it Unlimited instead ?
