@ Dman: Any business will have trouble initially. You think that everything can be coded from scratch and work from day 1? IF you do/have run a business you know that there are hurdles and roadbumps that you overcome with time and gain experience. On another hand, would you want us to discontinue the reward program over the weekend? It works in a cycle, affiliates helps us and we help them. No affiliates, no downloaders, no downloaders = no service.
We are talking about 48 hours in which users need to wait. Is it a life or death situation....?

-Do you have people working for you during the weekend? IF so, do they have families & kids?
-As I did ask Dman, should we discontinue our reward program, if we don't accept payments?
-You've barely even tried our service and jumped on during the weekend. We've been working great in periods and people have been making good money and been getting great speeds as Premium (7 mbps) as well as Free (2 mbps). If you think it is long term that we have slow speeds, you're clearly mistaking & wrong.
@ kenshin: Yes, all downloads that were completed were recorded. Problem was that during those days, completion of downloads was at a "low" for users that has high latency to our service (as opposed to when it's running smooth). As said we will have a bonus earnings for such days affected.
PS. I am still not the owner. I take care of a few boards and I do the customer support for English speakers.
