Could be a count of 500 (valid downloads, not premium, not failed etc) + 97 premium, failed downloads for the file you are talking about and 45 valid downloads for the other files in the category.

Or something like that.

hah they fucken did same thing to me.

I applied coupon for 6 months. month later i got charged for 1 month.


I emailed them asking for refund of 1 month.

They basically said fuck off its ur fault.


(what they do is set recurring fee for premium) unless u disable it in paypal it will keep charging it.

Suddenly Remote Uploading is so slow...!!!

I tested the same file With HF,BS,FT Its uploaded in 5 mins..

But What happen to fileserve..?? last night it worked.. But Now stilll processing..
 
How long does it take to transfer from Earnings to Payout account? It's been stuck at Pending for a while now.
Last one i did didn't take too long i believe.

EDIT: Forget it. It just went through. ;)

I didnt know they had a recurring fee until they charged me. <_<
 
It is very strange that i dont get answer when I contact at support from fileserve while Official Correspondent giving answers here Anyway.

My problem is I cannot save my files in my account Anymore. Kindly take a look in my account

I cannot use Copy Feature also files are not uploading at my account anymore. While I have purchased 6 months premium account before 1 week.

which is the best download manager to fileserve premium users? i use the JD but in some times (allways) the JD desactive my fileserve premium account.

So, ¿which other download manager you recomend me, for my premium account in fileserve?
 
Is it possible to remote upload to Fileserve from Uploading.com or Filefactory.com or Filesonic?


What should be the link format.....coz these sites use Email IDs for login....
