@ kof_p: You should note the FTP IP that you're connecting to, otherwise, as you say, it may take u a day of reconnecting to find the right folder. So your resume does work? What ftp client are you using?

Thank you Ricky, you're right, the issue here is the IP, doing ping to ftp.fileserve.com I always get a different IP, so in my ftp client (LeapFTP) I'm using now an IP directly instead of ftp.fileserve.com, it seems to be solved with this, I can get now the incomplete files and resume them without problems.

yo rick, im rather curious
if i had 2 accounts, each under seperate paypal, but one day i decided to use only one fs acc - would it be possible to change the paypal address?

if so, would it be manually or would i have to contact fileserve directly from the page?

You can change paypal email address manually on your FS account any time you want.

But it is not possible to use the same paypal email address on 2 accounts - at the same time.
Not even if you contact support.

You can have more than 1 email address attached to your paypal account.

Must be a delay. I got 497 downloads from a file that I uploaded today and only 489 downloads are showing up in the bracket its under. Even without that file, I know I got downloads from other files with the same filesize

Maybe this is why:

File Manager => Non-unique downloads incl. failed, attempts, completes + premium
Stats report => Unique downloads from unique files and IP of free users. Premium users will only be counted for 1 in this stats report no matter how many downloads they do from you.

I used my PP account to upgrade for my friend's FS account upto premium.
but I forgot to turn off automatic purchase of PP ,and yesterday PP was automatically upgraded his FS account to a month premium. can you transfer ( Or refund to my PP account) a month premium that to my FS account ? I will give you the bill of PP and my FS account . Pls help me ! Thanks!!!

I am having the same problem.. I purchased premium for 6 months thinking that 3 premium is not available and couple of days back my PP was charged $20 for 3 months premium..

not quite fast but I belive its due to a weekend - alot of people uploading and getting downloads - I sure hope they will catch up

Stats look to be updating just fine.

I just didnt know if I got a high amount of downloads for one file and sometimes the stats the reflect it. I had more downloads for that one file than I did for the overall size group. Yesterday I had:

451-2048 MB ​

545 ​

​

But 597 #DL for one file in one day which is 600mb
If you take away that file, I should still have other files in that category that have been downloaded that day.
