How much does Paypal take (fees) from Katfile payments? According to the payment page the request for your date will pay starting next year, or Paypal requests are made right away?

Hello @KatFile, I requested a payout to Webmoney but I'm recently having problems with that service so I need to cancel my request and get it back to my balance in order to change my payment info and make the payout request again, should I ask this using the Contact Form from the Katfile website...

I've uploaded a video (1.20gb) and i'm only getting the SD encode, the HD encode doesn't appear, the File Manager usually shows the real size of the uploaded file being encoded and later the HD result but this time only the SD result appears. What's happening? EDIT. I downloaded the same video...
