I'm sorry but if you watch from VPN it's common that they limit speeds. From our end i don't really see any slowdowns, network downgrades even servers overload there is no such thing. Meanwhile if you experience slowdowns and you're not on VPN pass me your ip address via PM/Telegram/Email what way you prefer and we will run some traceroutes in order to see what might be going on.

Quick question: Is it doable to make visible video intro which would appear before any movie/series episode starts? To be clear, to place one short video intro (10-15 secs) to be played each time before actual video start?

Also, thumbnail images stops working, I noticed yesterday. This should be normal from now on, or you are doing some maintenance?

Hi, all my videos of Rick and Morty are down for DMCA and now I am trying to reupload all the videos again but everytime I have "error in transfer".

My question is, am I not allowed to upload Rick and Morty videos anymore?

Fast encoding has never been guaranteed, if you need it simply get premium account. Regarding your question no it's not possible, it's doable different way on your end with iframe spawning after short video.
 
I'm using filemoon for site a. Is it OK to create another account for site b? I like to keep things separated. It will be different email and different traffic source, but the iP I upload from would be the same. Is that a problem?
