Hey! Does filemoon send info thorough player like video duration, intro, etc so we can use for auto skip intro in our web?
 
I've always received payments without any issues, but the last payment I requested didn't arrive. It didn't go into my wallet. I sent an email asking about this 9 days ago and still haven't received a response. Can this be resolved this way, or who should I contact?

i dont think mine was paid either even though it says it was on the website, it happened a while back that my app didnt update the transaction till a few days afterward. but this time that hasnt happened.

@FileMoon is there still issues with the ETH processor?
 
Nope, both of you send me payout ids and it will be verified

Day or two depending of your account status. First payments are always delayed as we review your account views.

@FileMoon Hi, Are there any issues with payments this week? In recent weeks, they were being made within 24 hours, sometimes even less, but I requested it on Monday and it's still pending.
