Don't waste your time the admin of this host is stupid + slow af! i've reported about encoding queue long time ago and his respond was >> no body cares hahaha! unprofessional to respond like this! and not only that he's also shaving, just use another host because this one is useless 🤣🤣

on the contrary, i feel they have been very good in the last week since the data loss and are doing everything to get the data back. @FileMoon has stated why the encoding queue is long. patience is just required.

I have same issue here.

Yesterday at this time I placed a lot of videos and many of them are still in encoding process.

Many people asks for new movies-series to be placed (what should be normal) in few minutes after good subtitle is translated, but if this continue, we will place every day videos from previous day on our websites. Many (as I will) will loose viewers just because of that.

Sorry if someone already asked this before and you responded, but do you have any news @FileMoon (David) regarding encoding process?

When can we expect to be normal as it was before?

Yep same here. When One Piece new episode is published ( Sunday around 19:00 GMT+2 ) the queue is 200+. And everyone simply leave our website. Anyways the answer to our chat will be simply to buy premium bandwidth.

Custom ads say set 0% view earning first,i don't see any option to do that.

Heyy! I had a question about Ad Mode in Downloads
If I also set the ad mode in download to 0% Earnings, do my own ads be put like in Earnings Mode (Views)?
 
Please @FileMoon I want to understand something very important, why is the number of views calculated for profit much less than the actual views calculated? Why is that? Because I achieved 700 views, but only 160 were calculated as my profit. Why is that?This guide is from your own website.

I certainly did not mean that. I thought it was a problem or a method of calculating visits. You follow them, no more and no less. Anyway, my account username is (kokiii)
