It's likely the emails were rejected by some email providers as spam. I use outlook and never got an email about this. There should be an announcement visible on the dashboard.

it's still blocked in some countries, such as Germany Access denied Error code 1020 You cannot access streamlare.com. Refresh the page or contact the site owner to request access.
