We already did that and there is no room for extra encoding slots.

Could you provide more details like error code, domain used for embed? Output from your browser console , network tab? Via PM Please.

Encoding is already normalizing we see a little over 100k files in queue meanwhile yesterday there was over million. I believe in couple hours we can catch up to the live encoding.

Hello. I remember having aprox. 800 video files but yesterday I uploaded 641 of them. Can you please kindly check my account why a video I have uploaded still shows in broken files manager so I can continue to upload the ones that are left? Thank you!

I am not that experienced user. Can you please help me with these. To merge the videos who have the same title into the old url

Great work, the conversions are happening right now.
I re-uploaded the 7,000 corrupted videos without any issues.
Although I have orphaned files on my own, I can't delete them one by one, although I can get a list. They take up space and have no views.

I deleted the corrupted orphans and it worked.

It would be nice to be able to send a list of the videos I'd like to delete; it's not possible to do so using the one-by-one manager.

Aparently the files you uploaded are not exactly same source as corrupted files. Name doesn't matter video needs to match video pixels and audio.

Oh I see. What do you suggest I do? Is there any way you can help me by the system to delete the old ones that already have a matching name I re-uploaded at least?
 
I see. But I'm afraid I haven't uploaded them all it's been a mess now. Can you delete only failed files that already have a matching name? So I can continue to upload the few ones left? It would really help me

It's most likely that the day you uploaded that file, you didn't upload it completely, or the conversion was incorrect. It was corrupted before it became corrupted.

But any user can do that now. Just yesterday, I selected all the corrupted files I didn't want to restore and clicked delete. And they were deleted.

We’re aware that some videos are currently returning a 232011 error, and we’d like to provide some clarity.


Due to a scheduling oversight, one of our administrators inadvertently submitted a server cloning task to the datacenter based on their local time (3:00 AM). As a result, the datacenter technicians began performing the cloning operation earlier than expected.


This task is part of our transition to a 1+1 high-availability setup, aimed at improving reliability and preventing file loss in the future. The process is expected to take approximately 12 to 24 hours, during which some video content may remain temporarily unavailable.


We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Once the maintenance is complete, we will apply x2 rate multipliers for the next 48 to 72 hours as a token of appreciation for your patience.
